Effective Date: July 1st, 2025

These Referral Program Terms govern participation in the Text Torrent Referral Program ("Program") offered by Text Torrent LLC ("Text Torrent", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating, you ("Referrer") agree to comply with all terms outlined below.

To participate, Referrers must be at least 18 years old and maintain an active Text Torrent account in good standing. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Text Torrent may only participate with express written permission.

• Commissions are earned based on the number of customers referred through your unique referral link.
• Commissions apply to the referred customer's subscription payments for up to four (4) consecutive months from their signup date.
• The percentage of commission increases with the number of referred customers, following a tiered structure. Higher tiers unlock higher commission rates.
• Commission is calculated only on actual subscription payments received from referred customers, excluding taxes, credits, or refunded amounts.

Payouts are processed once per calendar month and reflect eligible commissions from the previous month. Referrers must have valid and active payment details on file to receive earnings.

Commissions are only paid if the referred customer remains active and in good standing. If a referred customer cancels, disputes a payment, or is issued a refund, the corresponding commission may be withheld or clawed back.

Referral credit is granted to the first valid referral link used during the customer's signup. Referrals cannot be applied retroactively or manually reassigned.

Only referrals that originate from official links or designated referral channels will be considered valid.

Fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating fake accounts
• Attempting to self-refer or manipulate referrals
• Using misleading marketing tactics or spam
• Encouraging users to cancel and re-subscribe

Text Torrent reserves the right to investigate all referrals for legitimacy and deny payouts if misuse is suspected.

If a referred customer issues a chargeback, receives a full or partial refund, or fails to complete payment, any associated commission may be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

Text Torrent also reserves the right to pause or adjust payouts during disputes, technical errors, or platform abuse investigations.

Text Torrent may update or discontinue the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will not affect commissions already earned on completed payments.

We also reserve the right to audit referral activity for accuracy, enforce program rules, and suspend accounts violating these terms.

Referrers are solely responsible for reporting and paying any local, state, or federal taxes on earnings. If required by law, you may be asked to complete tax forms before receiving future payouts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Participation in the Referral Program constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate in the Program.
