Every call now has its own view beside Messages

The TextTorrent inbox now has separate Messages and Calls tabs, so texts and call history are no longer mixed in one list.

What changed

The inbox now has two tabs: Messages and Calls.

Messages

Messages is the conversation list and thread. Search, filters, and the existing chat groups stay here, including All Chats, Pinned, Unread, Assigned, Archived, Blacklisted, and Tags. A call can still appear inside the thread when it belongs to that conversation, including a forwarded call with its duration, a missed call, or a call that ended.

Calls

Calls is a separate list of call activity. It can be filtered to All Calls, Inbound, Outbound, or Missed Call. Each row shows the contact, phone number, date, and result. Results include whether you did not answer, the other person did not answer, or you rejected the call.

Why it matters

Texts and calls were easy to lose when they shared one list. A missed call could sit between unrelated messages, and there was no single place to review inbound, outbound, and missed calls. Separating the tabs keeps the conversation readable and makes call follow-up easier to find.

How it works

Open the inbox and choose Messages to read and reply to texts. Choose Calls when you need the call log. Use All Calls for the full list, or narrow it to inbound, outbound, or missed. Open a conversation when you need the call event in context with the messages around it.

Who it helps

Teams that text and take calls on the same TextTorrent number. Agents can stay in Messages while they are chatting, then switch to Calls to clear missed and unanswered calls without scrolling the whole thread.

How to get started

Sign in and open the inbox. Use the Messages tab for conversations. Use the Calls tab, then choose Inbound, Outbound, or Missed Call, to review call results. Shared inbox and call forwarding pages cover the related messaging and forwarding setup.
